The case of the isolator can be opened when the switch is set to the ‘off’ position, and you can lock the handle to ‘off’ for extra safety. You will be unable to open the case or lock the switch handle when set to ‘on’. The enclosed case of the isolator provides IP66 rated ingress protection and is rated for usage up to 50°C.
