“Dogh” (pronounced like “dough”), is a semi-soft cheese inspired by an ancient Persian recipe and is made in microbatches by (in Solution’s opinion) one of the best cheesemakers in the country, only a few miles away from their production facility and main goat herd. These full fat cheese treats are not only an excellent addition to most of Solution’s Restorative Diet Guides, but also work really well as food toppers because of their crumbly texture. This cheese is made from the same goat’s milk that goes into our milk recipes, providing a diverse array of vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, probiotics, and enzymes.
