This is a new unique multicolour activity mat, which enables the athlete to perform varied drills, indoors, all at one time. This drill has been designed to improve both concentration and stamina. The brain to limb and eye co-ordination is enhanced to a large extent. Mat is made of PVC fabric and available in 2 variants, firstly with anti-skid fabric stitched on one side with 5 mm EP foam inside and secondly without EP foam & anti-skid fabric.
