This is a new unique multi-colour activity mat, which enables the athlete to perform varied drills, indoors. This drill helps to improve leg and back muscles. Mat is made of PVC fabric and available in 2 variants, firstly with anti-skid fabric stitched on one side with 5 mm EP foam inside and secondly without EP foam & anti-skid fabric. Comes with tips for drills. Set of four mats, with three mats of size 0.65 m x 2.43 m & one mat of size 0.65 m x 3 m. Each mat has Velcro at ends to join the mats.
